We are not seeking:

Training Assistant Positions. This is the most common request we receive from people: "Can I attend your classes free by assisting in some way?" We do appreciate your question and your high level of interest in our courses. Please understand: We extend assistant spots at our courses by invitation only, and exclusively to past paid attendees and/or highly reputable guest trainers and master trainers. This absolutely ensures (a) you get quality support during your courses from extremely high-calibre and well-trained assistants, (b) all of our assistants are deeply familiar with Jonathan Altfeld's training style, overall methodology, and desired outcomes from specific exercises used. They won't spend your class time getting or needing clarification from Jonathan before you engage in an exercise, so they can observe you and be of optimal assistance if and when you need them. And all of that contributes to creating a more efficient, informed, and resourceful training space. Many training contexts are rich on style, poor on substance. We won't sacrifice substance for anything. Maximizing depth of skills and your retention and results -- is our prime focus.
