Payment Handling:
At the moment, we do not yet process credit cards real-time. The only real-time payments we accept is through paypal. For credit cards, we handle charges behind the scenes; your payment information is stored securely in our cart temporarily, and we will process your order as soon as possible after you complete it. When you are buying a product or signing up for a course, we will only charge your card one time; this will never cause "recurring billing."
We are considering adding a "membership program" in the future involving multiple monthly benefits/offerings which would involve "recurring billing" BUT this will never be attached to any specific product order or seminar signup you complete through our cart. You will ALWAYS know clearly beforehand if or when you would be signing up for a recurring membership -- and we do not yet have any membership system set up at this time.
Order Processing Time:
We shut our office down whenever we are traveling to run courses domestically or overseas. So while on occasion we will have enough products with us while traveling to fulfill orders from afar, orders will usually not be sent out until we're back from our trips. Most trips are extended weekends, occasionally our overseas trips are longer.
We usually keep products on the shelf at all times, so when orders come in, and we're in the office, we can usually process orders within 1-3 days, depending on our backlog. Occasional manufacturing delays can & do occur. At present, we do not do overnight fulfillment.

YOU'RE PROTECTED! All of our products come with a 1-year full money-back guarantee whenever ordered in reasonable quantities, i.e. up to $300 (plus shipping), and this guarantee applies only to ONE order at a time. This is to protect you from "losing out" whenever buying a product that you ultimately don't like. We only want HAPPY customers!
If you're not already sure you're going to love our materials, buy 1 or 2 products knowing your money is safe, and if you don't like them, return them within an entire year for a full refund of your purchase price (shipping both ways is your responsibility).
