We started with basics and kept adding to them, as opposed to learning separate skillsets. What Christopher wanted more of: More personal progress on my own personal state management while on stage. Building frameworks or outlines of presentation to create direction. What Christopher wanted less of: Explanations of directions for exercises, so as to increase the time spent on feedback from the exercises. (Trainer's response: The latter is very useful, but not at the expense of sufficiently explaining exercises! So I've added 1 day onto the training to allow for this extra time.)
