Not only do you pack an amazing amount into the time, but the actual seminar seems to have lasted a lot longer than the 3 days. I have to work to cast my mind back to day 1. Rapport - Excellent. Sleight of Mouth - Good fun; I expect that everyone got a lot out of this. The motivation day was perhaps the most fun - or maybe its just the most recent in my memory - but I do know that I kept surprising myself with my responses - even with material and exercises I thought I already knew.
