If you don't presently know how to...

  • Move individuals or groups from saying they "can't" or "shouldn't" do something -- to "I will do it" in 2 sentences or less...
  • Move an audience effortlessly from annoyed or angry to hysterical laughter or tears of joy or wanton drive and intention...
  • Capture anyone's attention easily and lead them into ANY SUBJECT AT ALL...
  • Take the stage with Confidence rather than Fear...
  • Ascend in front of an audience in a way that creates optimal perceptions of you...
  • Weave a wide variety of effectively delivered suggestions into absolutely any story -- whether the suggestions are related to the story or not...
  • Speak to an audience in a way that gains widespread acceptance and creates less questions or doubt...

...then please compel yourself to read the entirety of this letter. It's worth it; I'll reveal below how you'll learn (or sharpen) all the above skills and much, much more -- in only FIVE days.

Now enrolling for Tampa, 2-6 December 2010

Dear Trainer and Public Speaker... (or even if you're aiming to become one!)

It is indeed one of the more rewarding experiences in life to stand up in front of an appreciative audience & wow them. And the skills required to find your own voice & style with your audiences can definitely be learned by anyone. And yet, while many people see public speaking as something they want to enjoy doing, it continues to rank amongst the most often-expressed fears people have. If this describes you, I'd like to show you how you can get past those fears with zero pain, and maximum fun. Getting from Scared -- to Ready and Excited -- can be amazingly easy.

Even if you're not one of the many people who aren't comfortable in front of any audience, there are a variety of well-known methods for public speaking that use outdated and inefficient training methods, that despite their great intentions, take far too much time to master. Case in point: one organization that uses a buzzer every time a speaker says "umm." This kind of negative reinforcement makes eliminating the habit uncomfortable & very difficult. I suggest that you can acquire vast amounts of speaking skill, that you can learn good speaking habits and eliminate bad ones within only 5 days, using optimal brain-training and behavioral shaping methods. And I promise: ABSOLUTELY no buzzers, or shock-treatments! No hot coals to walk over. And DEFINITELY no flying you 1000 miles away, dropping you off without any money, and telling you to use your skills to get back to the training within 24 hours. None of that. Just a pure public speaking skills training -- using a state-of-the-art accelerated learning paradigm.

You Too can Powerfully Captivate Audiences!

Knowing people get significant value from you as a public speaker provides a sense of satisfaction that is very difficult to convey through words, but profound in its congruence. I can only describe it to you from my own perspective. Over the last 4 years I've earned a very warm welcome from a growing body of customers & students, many of whom return to attend more than 1 event. Each time I walk onstage, my attention becomes totally attuned to how much I can do for/with my seminar attendees. And seeing you/them grow is the best result I could ask for! And so it will be for you.

Here are just some of the benefits you'll get from attending this training:

  • Develop an experiential innate understanding of process language vs content language, and when to use each to best effects!
  • Condition yourself to use BOTH INPUT (observation) & OUTPUT (speaking/communicating) channels... concurrently -- perhaps one of the biggest problems speakers have to overcome.
  • Learn 10+ ways to grab your audience's attention within seconds
  • Discover how & why "fractionation" of an audience's attention can be useful, and how to avoid overdoing it!
  • Learn to notice the sometimes subtle, sometimes glaring signals that audience members want you to notice.
  • Learn to notice the signals that audience members wish you wouldn't notice, but which helps you tune your presentation more effectively anyway!
  • Replace distracting habits with Captivating ones!
  • And much, much more...

Case Study #1:
Andy R., Attorney, Los Angeles, CA.

Near the start of our workshop:
NLP for Public Speaking Student Video Clip - Andy - Before the Seminar

(2-minutes, 20-seconds)
Windows Media (3.7 MB)
Real Media (1.4 MB)
Quicktime (2.4 MB)

Things to notice:

While Andy is animated, notice that as he begins, we don't know why we're listening to him. We don't know the point he's going to make. He also distracts us from his intended storyline with lots of random movement and arbitrary hand activity. In addition, his presentation is interesting, but not well organized. His chosen topic involves descriptions of action but fails to utilize sensory rich descriptions to bring them to life. Andy also isn't using strong language patterns for maximum audience response & retention... yet.

In short, while you may have enjoyed the story, it's unlikely you'll remember it much after it's over, and it's unlikely to influence anyone to do things differently, or take any specific future action.

Towards the end of our workshop:
NLP for Public Speaking Student Video Clip - Andy - After the Seminar

(4-minutes, 14-seconds)
Windows Media (6.0 MB)
Real Media (3.2 MB)
Quicktime (9.8 MB)

Things to notice:

Andy has slowed his presentation down, and while it first appears to reduce his energy by comparison to day 1, the new pace allows him to maintain and follow a compelling presentation structure. Within 10 seconds of him starting, while we don't yet know exactly what his story's about, we DO know WHY we're listening to him. We know what value it will likely hold, for us. So we as audience members begin from Curiosity. Also, Andy now uses space well, minimizes his distracting behavior, uses hypnotic pacing skills, and delivers his content with compelling language patterns for maximum audience retention.

Even if he hasn't convinced you thoroughly of his argument, he has raised salient, memorable points, and you may find yourself discussing this topic with friends in the near future.

As you can plainly see, in just 4 days difference (over a 5-day course), a handful of less-than-helpful presenting habits were trained out, a whole host of existing skills were sharpened, and a collection of new, powerful presentation skills were trained in!

Case Study #2:
Craig Eubanks, Entrepreneur, San Francisco, CA

Near the start of our workshop:
NLP for Public Speaking Student Video Clip - Craig - Before the Seminar
(4-minutes, 37-seconds)
Windows Media (5.8 MB)
Real Media (3.6 MB)
Quicktime (10.8 MB)

Things to notice:

Craig's first performance was actually recorded on day 2, so he'd already begun to incorporate our method when this was taped. But Craig has plainly already had some quality NLP training, as his first recording shows evidence of: hypnotic pacing, sensory rich descriptions, language patterns (e.g. embedded commands), state-shifting, and more. And since this was day 2, he took my suggestion from day-1 seriously, and used a good value-based headline as well.

The problems Craig faced at the time of this recording was: (1) he spent too long in the "down/depressed" problem state, given the length of the presentation. (2) There's not enough of a dramatic emotional distinction between problem state and success/solution state. (3) There is too much random movement of his hands, which diminishes the power/usefulness of any of his state-anchors. (4) His presentation makes effective use of a range of NLP/stagework skills, but it looks/feels a little clunky (by comparison to what he did at the end of the course).

Towards the end of our workshop:
NLP for Public Speaking Student Video Clip - Craig - After the Seminar
(6-minutes, 36-seconds)
Windows Media (9.3 MB)
Real Media (5.1 MB)
Quicktime (15.7 MB)

Things to notice:

Craig has obviously made immense leaps.

(1) He spent a smaller fraction of his full performance in the "problem state." (2) He makes cleaner, more congruent and dramatic state shifts. The solution state feels like a solution state. (3) There is much less random movement of his hands, which lets him be more precise and meaningful when he does choose to anchor audience emotional state responses. (4) His stage presence and use of space on the floor to help us follow his transitions is significantly smoother, and, he even looks like he's enjoying making the transitions more easily.

Interestingly, though his headline here on day 5 wasn't value-driven (it mentions an ancient secret and doesn't tell us what for), he delivered it dramatically and achieved the same result: Intense Curiosity.

This was a much more masterful presentation, a beautiful blend of Craig's existing skills, and the range of skills we taught.

3 days difference, between day 2 & day 5 -- shows the results that can be achieved with a few days of my targeted coaching/feedback. Whether you're an accomplished speakers or completely new -- everyone will benefit immensely!

Case Study #3:
Peter Garff, Financial Advisor, Salt Lake City, UT.

Near the start of our workshop:
NLP for Public Speaking Student Video Clip - Peter - Before the Seminar
(4-minutes, 36-seconds)
Windows Media (6.2 MB)
Real Media (7.2 MB)
Quicktime (13.7 MB)

Things to notice:

The nature of Peter's presentation is a lesson on the value of consistency, determination, and focus. But you wouldn't know that from listening to the first two minutes of this four minute presentation. There's no use of a value-based headline to prime our desires as an audience. Further, here on Day 1, while Peter successfully follows one of my early lessons in public speaking (set up a solution to a problem), he doesn't use his NLP skills to make his problem ours, and then to draw us into the process of solving the problem with him. He unintentionally kept the audience distant from his valuable experience/memory.

Knowing Peter personally, he's an interesting guy. And he knows a lot of NLP. I've enjoyed many a meal with him between training sessions and he's always an engaging, sociable fellow. And oddly, the moment he stepped onstage, he went inside of his head, and disconnected from us as an audience. (This was a recurring theme in other contexts, i.e., sales closing). My primary task as a trainer, with Peter, was to enable him to keep open both his output (speaking) channel, and his input (observation/listening) channel at the same time.

Towards the end of our workshop:
NLP for Public Speaking Student Video Clip - Peter - After the Seminar
(9-minutes, 48-seconds)
Windows Media (7.4 MB)
Real Media (9.8 MB)
Quicktime (4.3 MB)

Things to notice:

Biggest whirlwind changes: Peter is showing ample evidence throughout that he is now (a) managing his delivery, and (b) remaining aware of the audience members, all at the same time. He also now makes better, cleaner use of space, and gestures. Also, Peter's use of suggestive language and time distortion is much stronger and smoother in his final presentation. Further, he's surprisingly good at incorporating (potential) audience values into his delivery (and 'going first' fully into the positive emotional states behind those values).

You might have noticed Peter didn't use a headline right up front. Normally, I'd agree, and that's one of my hot buttons! However, instead, Peter broke my rule for a reason: He wanted to pace & lead the audience gently into validating his credibility before he delivers his headline -- which he successfully does, about a minute into the delivery. All rules are made to be broken if you have good reasons!

Peter's big challenge was that he wanted to more consistently utilize all the NLP skills he's studied over the past 10+ years. His final 10 minute performance is so effectively loaded with NLP, by comparison to his first performance, it's almost like looking at two completely different speakers. Way to go, Peter!

Case Study #4:
Dave Gould, Hypno/Therapist, Bristol, UK

Near the start of our workshop:
NLP for Public Speaking Student Video Clip - Dave - Before the Seminar
(2-minutes, 33-seconds)
Windows Media (4.2 MB)
Real Media (2.5 MB)
Quicktime (1.3 MB)

Things to notice:

The law of contrast in action: Dave's been highly trained in NLP & hypnosis by amongst the best. One on one, Dave is highly skilled and has pattern-matching awareness & skills that outshine most other NLP enthusiasts (I know this because he's assisted at most of my UK events for 7 years).

However... he wasn't a public speaker when he took this class, so the stage is foreign, new territory. We get from Dave almost exactly what we would expect -- evidence of deep skill, poorly organized and inconsistently delivered, distracted by the new experience and complexities of delivering a compelling story to a group -- but outside of a friendly social peer group setting -- instead in a new, onstage environment.

So what we see is: Too much random movement. Too much and too dramatic seemingly-random vocal volume & rate changes for any audience. Nice use of time distortion and embedded commands, but not offered as part of a planned, holistic, audience experience. There's no real headline that sparks our human values, so we don't know why we're listening to him. And even though there are moments when he surprises us and grabs our attention back, finally, he ends it with a sense of uncertainty -- we're not even sure he's done, when he's done.

Towards the end of our workshop:
NLP for Public Speaking Student Video Clip - Dave - After the Seminar
(10-minutes, 19-seconds)
Windows Media (10.9 MB)
Real Media (10.4 MB)
Quicktime (4.8 MB)

Things to notice:

Dave's gotten a lot more comfortable & daring. Also, from an NLP view, this is a complex performance. To explain, I have to distinguish between "process" & "content." Dave is talking about manifesting his ideal woman, & some of the methodologies he's studied (Huna, NLP, Crowlian Magick, Silva Mind Control). That's the content of his performance; the specific things said.

However, he presents that content in a heavily layered & elegantly weaved fashion. That's all process. Dave's chosen process is highly sophisticated -- an near-masterful blend of some of our more advanced techniques & some of his own hypnosis & NLP skills. Granted, Dave could have kept things simple and delivered a smoother performance, but it's nice to see people wrestling & succeeding with challenging material!

So: the gold here will be in process, more than in content. Here's what Dave accomplished:

Nesting 3 Loops: Outside: Resourceful, Middle: Action, Finding resources, Inner: Frustration/Unresourceful.

Educating us on several self-changework methodologies (Huna, Silva, Crowlian Magick, & NLP) as methods of connecting to our unconscious minds weaved into his story line.

Suggesting the audience consider using a manifestation ritual to find anything (in his case, using the example of him finding the woman of his dreams).

Effectively using a range of other NLP skills to optimize the audience's internal representations for increasing responsiveness & taking action, including time distortion, anchoring, creative language patterns, & future pacing.

Dave decided to work on the toughest process challenges he could find, rather than on reducing some of his minor (though) distracting bad habits. Which, he's reported, have gotten much better with practice, since the seminar! That suits Dave well, given where he was at in his own development, at the time of the training. It should be noted that Dave has since given several live mind-development seminars since December 2004. This course was great preparation!

Here's what Dave said about our seminar:

"Of the 10+ trainers I've trained with and met, (Note, this includes Richard Bandler & John Grinder both) none have been close to his [Jonathan's] 24/7 devotion to students (especially the 'difficult' ones). For example, 90% of the time he offers bonus lessons over meals and often late into the night.

"His understanding of NLP is as deep as that of any trainer outside the original Santa Cruz study group. But more importantly, it's his ability to package and deliver that knowledge so that his students use it... that makes him one of the best trainers ever."

"This incredible ability is what Jonathan aims to teach in the Holographic Communication seminar. I'll let others speak for previous HC events but I can tell you that this time he hit a perfect bulls-eye."

"And it was a blast! I don't remember having so much fun in an NLP training. This group was a wonderful mix of personalities."

"I often go into a seminar with different outcomes from the other students and Jonathan allowed us the flexibility so I could focus on what I wanted out of it. I've got more out of this seminar than all but 2 of the other 19 I've done."

Diamonds

"No matter where you perceive your skill level, there is always more. Jonathan not only cuts diamonds, he polishes them, and adds more facets."

Bob Dillon, Professional Seminar Leader, Vermont

communication will expand exponentially.

"This course is the best integration and application of NLP techniques I have ever experienced. If you want to really use NLP instead of just knowing about it, take this course! No matter how skilled or unskilled you think you are on day one, by the last day you will have abilities that are truly powerful. You will understand exactly what-to-do and what-NOT-to-do during a presentation and why! Your understanding of successful and effective communication will expand exponentially.

"By the way, it doesn't matter if you have no previous experience with NLP or speaking to groups. The material is presented in a systematic, easy to learn format with Jonathan literally guiding you during each step of your development. Jonathan is masterful in his ability to help you with your unique speaking and presenting problems. He essentially creates a custom "model" for each participant's presentation success based on their needs, speaking style and desired outcome. We are talking custom-made here, not off the rack. I can't recommend this course more. Don't walk; Run to sign-up for this highly effective set of resources! "

The Best Preparation for Public Speaking

"With considerable experience giving keynotes, I thought I was very good on stage. The new skills & confidence that Jonathan has guided into my mind make my previous level of professionalism pale and insignificant by comparison. This class is the best preparation for public speaking that I have ever seen, heard of, or experienced."

Michael Lovas, About People, Spokane WA
Marketing Consultant, Author, & Keynote Speaker

A Very Inspirational Host.

"I have enjoyed the seminar a lot. Learned a lot of the skills needed in the public speaking arena. I guess that 'doing it' is the only thing left to do! I have gotten to know Jonathan as a very inspirational host."

Paul Muller, Marketing Director, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

My participants demonstrated *all* of the
techniques I'd taught, & performed beautifully!

"I have just come off a 3 day training program with 13 people. I have to say I experienced amazing results and have integrated more HC than I thought. During each of the breaks David [another Holographic Communication student] was coming to me and saying things like 'great amnesia patterns' and 'cool embedded commands' (or words to that effect). There were some that I was conscious of, and others that demonstrated unconscious skill."

"However, this course (Cert IV), through other public offerings, is often delivered in anything from 8 days to 6 months, and I had some (secret) concerns about pulling it off in 3 days... [judicious pause]... and I did. I believe that using the HC techniques of headlines, universals/truisms, moving people through states and using embedded commands meant this program had real legs and the content was delivered in an extremely accelerated, yet satisfying, way."

"In any case, the proof was in the pudding. Participants, in their final presentations, demonstrated *all* of the techniques that I had taught them and performed beautifully and "passed". Thanks again for an amazing workshop and more amazing experience. I will be recommending this program to my colleagues, and look forward to an 'advanced HC' program when it eventuates."

These impactful days changed me for the better!

"Whether you want to hone your communication skills or overcome a paralyzing fear of speaking in public, this seminar will do that and so much more. These impactful days have changed me for the better. I'm ready to sign up for additional training!"

Just the Right Mix of Exercises and Group Work

"Jonathan Altfeld is a highly skilled communicator and trainer whom it is an absolute pleasure to watch at work. He cultivates a learning environment which nurtures and develops the skills of every ability within the group. The journey which Jonathan easily guided us through creates epic transformations, no matter what experience the individual started day 1 with.

"Using just the right mix of exercises and group work, lessons and skills easily emerge which can be utilised not only in public speaking but in the far wider concept of everyday life.

"Holographic communications is one of the best valued courses I've attended, the amount of time Jonathan spent with the group went far and beyond the call of duty."

Jenny Waller, Life Coach, Coaching With Jen, Cheshire, UK

The Massive Growth in our Speaking Skills Would Be
Hard to Believe if We Didn't Have DVD Evidence!

"As someone who already has public speaking and training experience, I'd been looking for a course that would help me further develop my skills for a long time.

"Most courses either only cater for the absolute beginner, or focus on the less important aspects of speaking - where to hold your hands, how to use Powerpoint for example.

"Jonathan Altfeld's Holographic Communication course however is different. Right from day 1, I realised I was in for something special. The massive growth both myself and other attendees experienced in our speaking skills would be hard to believe if we didn't have the DVD evidence! Jonathan's ability to train a mixed ability group is unrivalled, and on this course there were already-confident public speakers like myself, right down to people who had never spoken in public before, and even one who had a fear of public speaking!

"The way Jonathan trains means that everyone, regardless of their current skill level, gets massive benefits from his courses. He has mastered the impossible art of training different skill levels at one time, without anyone feeling he's going too fast or too slow and it's the most effortless learning I've experienced (and among the most powerful).

"So who would I recommend this course to? Anyone that wants to improve their speaking skills - whether they want to speak in public or just improve their position at work (and believe me, you'll be able to negotiate more money after this course!).

"In my opinion, this is the best course on speaking skills, and having researched lots of courses before I chose this one, I can guarantee you won't find the majority of this material (or have this sort of experience) anywhere else."

Andy Preston, Sales Trainer, Business Coach, Entrepreneur

Use my "Holographic Communication™" model to enrich your listeners' experience.

Here's the wishy-washy explanation you may not have wanted. If all you want to know is exactly "just the facts, please..." -- or what the benefits will be, when and where the training is -- skip this section. Here's where I tell you some of the strange ideas behind the mindset!

You may know me as a trainer of NLP & applications of NLP. But just as there can be no "duplicate" of Richard Bandler, of John La Valle, of John Grinder, of Rex Sikes, of Robert Dilts, of any of the other great NLP trainers you know or were trained by -- there is no "duplicate" of me. Those who remain cookie-cutters of their trainers never reach success in the marketplace. So I must be bringing something unique to my work; a different perspective, perhaps, or maybe a different set of composite skills that people enjoy learning from.

In Holographic Communication™ I'll be bringing the best of what I do to bear upon your public speaking skills development process. And the range of skills I'll draw upon, there, in the training room, is more than I learned from training NLP. It's more than I learned when attending my NLP trainer's training. It's more than I learned in front of television cameras in 1983 and 1991. It's more than I've learned from doing internships at ad agencies. It's more than I've learned from studying other great speakers of our time.

In short, it is my own hologram, my own holistic composite of what's useful from here, what's useful from there, and what's not so useful. I wish to impart that hologram and set of unique skills and knowledge to you, through a measurable, accelerated, fun-filled, and dramatic 5-day training. I wish to see and hear you adding your own uniqueness to what you'll have learned from me, and taking it as far or further than I have. I call it Holographic Communication™ for a variety of reasons.

The concept of a hologram is simple. A hologram can be made by having a laser etch an image (that it scans from multiple angles) onto a piece of film. In this way, multiple images are actually stored in the film, each one visible only from a certain angle. When you're done, the angle at which you face the film determines which image you see. One interesting property of a hologram is that every piece contains all the information required to reproduce the whole hologram.

So it is with how memory works. Memory isn't structured in such a way where "this phrase" is stored in one set of neurons, and "that phrase" is stored in a different set. Every area of the brain seems to holographically contribute to all memory. Which is to say that lesions occurring in certain areas of the brain do not seem to have an effect on the intactness of all stored memory (though they sometimes affect methods of accessing that information).

Thus if I teach you a skill or a method for doing something, it's best if I do it holographically, so that you have access to it in unlimited ways.

If I holographically package the entirety of the training within each session, and if I holographically package the entirety of the training within each exercise, then it maximizes your ability to learn any and all of the skills presented, and becomes available to you later as an INTEGRATED set of skills, rather than several tricks, that you can only do one at a time.

Have you heard about people "speaking in tongues," where each person hears a speaker using a different language than the others hear? Have you ever heard of trainers who tell stories to an audience, and found that different people in the audience heard completely different stories? This is no mistake. Most think it's an unlearnable gift. I know it can be learned, and that you will learn it. Part of the key is in not fighting these differences in people's perceptions (& trying to get everyone to hear the same thing), but in celebrating those differences.

But that's only concerned with my holographic process. What I'm more interested in is empowering you to learn this model for presentations, such that you can learn to do it yourself. And thereby set yourself apart from, and ahead of, the pack.

Learn far more than you'll consciously know, and Put it on Autopilot.

This will be an aggressively-paced course, with full ranges of emotional experience. Unless you can immerse yourself in your own depth of experience, you'll never be able to convey it powerfully to audiences! There will be amazing highs. Tons of laughter. Probably a few tears. There will be moments when I will find seeds of/for your most elegant, most central self... moments when you may regard such self-discoveries as sublime. There will probably be moments when most people probably wouldn't want to hear certain kinds of constructive (always constructive) feedback. But on the other side, you'll emerge as a far more powerful, confident, resourceful speaker and group leader.

I wish more of you were able, now, to experience what I experience. It's really something.

Join me & learn Holographic Communication™. I promise you a learning and growth experience you will remember and use with joy and satisfaction for years to come.

Frequently Asked Questions/Answers

"How many speaking contexts will we explore?" You'll gain experience speaking without an audio system, and with an audio system. You'll also learn how to work with an audio system with an echo. You'll learn how to work with a podium, and without. Whether or not we set up and use a stage will depend on our final group size.
"What if I'm not yet comfortable speaking in front of others?" The first sessions in the training will be designed to comfortably eliminate that discomfort. Discomfort is only a neurological response to a certain stimuli or concerns from being worried about stimuli that might never happen. Using NLP, you'll learn how to literally wire around those old sensations, and move right into 'ready' states of mind. Furthermore we'll be conditioning you gently and steadily over the course of the entire seminar -- how to attach massive confidence to walking in front of a group.
"What if I am already a confident speaker, but want to multiply the impact and results I presently achieve?" There is an enormous set of benefits for confident speakers. For example, you'll learn how to package your communication more effectively to maximize audience retention, you'll learn how to make your communication far more concise, and you'll learn how to use your stage to everyone's advantage. If you're not using your stage spatially in concert with your presentation, then you're missing huge opportunities for leading your audiences. Learn great platform training skills and add new dimensions to your work.
"I'm a great storyteller, but I just keep losing my audience's attention. Can you help me hold their attention?" Yes. I do believe there is a great storyteller in you, but great storytellers do not lose the attention of their audiences! So there must be something behaviorally that either (a) you are doing, or (b) you are not doing, at critical moments, that causes members of your audience to drift away. Your trainer, Jonathan Altfeld, is highly adept at providing the precise 1-on-1 feedback that will help you tune your speaking/presentation behavior dramatically and clearly, thereby bridging the gap and recapturing your audiences -- and even better, preventing their attention from ever waning!
"We'll train for 5 Days... is that a full 35-40 hours of training?" Actually a lot more. Jonathan tends to train into the evenings -- if students wish for that. Also, sometimes we'll bring lunch or dinner in and continue to work through the meal. When we do go out, Jonathan usually dines with students, offering more custom feedback and tidbits as desired through mealtimes.
"Will these hours feel exhausting to me?" Well, you will probably sleep very well each night! People tend to sleep deeply during NLP-related workshops. However Jonathan will energize the group appropriately with music, brain-tuning exercises, and multi-media learning experiences. Expect an empowering week, not a draining one. Furthermore, as your skills accelerate, your motivation will naturally skyrocket. Think of how this has worked for you in other contexts; it applies here too!
