USA NLP Trainer Jonathan Altfeld will be visiting Sydney & Melbourne Australia again in January 2005 to run 3 workshops!
Our NLP Seminars in Australia - January 2005Hello Australian NLP enthusiasts! Welcome to the page for our January 2005 Australia visit. Jonathan Altfeld trained recently in Australia back in July 2004, and during that trip, he was asked to return again soon, offering additional training opportunities. He polled his customer base by email, and his customer base spoke! Tha majority of his students & customers asked for "Holographic Communication" -- Jonathan's 5-day "Presentation Skills with NLP" course. While this course is great for NLP trainers wanting to improve their craft, it isn't limited to the aim of training NLP. Many of our attendees are managers, salespeople, or attorneys, etc. Bring your own public speaking 'content.' This is not a trainers training certification course -- it's a pure platform speaking coaching program designed to dramatically enhance your stage presence and live, in-the-flow presenting abilities. In fact, though Jonathan typically limits the number of attendees to that course to 12-15 people, many more than that number requested Holographic Communication in January, so Jonathan will train Holographic Communication twice -- once in Melbourne and once in Sydney. 15 seats maximum were made available in each city (as of October 15, 2004, two seats have been reserved at each event). Jonathan also wanted to do another, shorter course, that makes fun use of some of his other hobbies. For that, we need to tell you that Jonathan loves to go out and play at night with students, using NLP & other fun skillsets to connect with strangers (strangely easily) and meet fun new people naturally and effortlessly. Thus was born the "Gift of G.A.B." workshop -- otherwise known as... the "Getting Attention Bootcamp." The Bootcamp has been structured as an experiential course with field trips and lessons in a variety of social skillsets, designed either for people who need a personality overhaul, or folks who just want to learn more fun & social applications of NLP. We invite you to check out these offerings, and enroll for any courses that grab your interest! Here's our Summarized Itinerary!

"I am delighted to find that I continue to unconsciously use the skills Jonathan taught." |
|
"Having achieved NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner levels, I took the opportunity to brush up on some specific skills with Jonathan Altfeld. I have great respect for Jonathan as a trainer, and believe he has a lot to teach, not least about how to market NLP! I have Jonathan's 'Voice CDs' and have attended his "Linguistic Wizardry" training. I am delighted to find that I continue to unconsciously use the skills Jonathan taught." Warwick Foster, Newcastle, Australia |
"Jonathan brought the material to life with his able use of multiple embedded metaphor [...]" |

"'Linguistic Wizardry' is a well constructed seminar from which inexperienced NLPers can benefit greatly. It is also engaging enough for experienced participants to have fun as they acquire another description of essential language patterns. Some language pattern presentations can be dry but Jonathan brought the material to life with his able use of multiple embedded metaphor and incremental additions through the programme. As a first generation trainer (taught by one of the originators of NLP) he has a clear distinction between pattern and content and is able to convey this to his students, a much needed service to the NLP community." Chris & Jules Collingwood, Sydney Australia |
"I found some of the exercises so useful that I utilised them in trainings I have given for companies like Nokia." |
|
"I first met Jonathan in March 2000 when he came to Sydney to conduct his Linguistic Wizardry course. As a fellow NLP Trainer, I attend many other courses given by other trainers to improve my skills, and just to see what else is out there. "I attended the training without a great deal of expectation as it was going to be a basic introduction to NLP language patterns. However, as the training progressed, I realised the calibre of Jonathan as a trainer and how he very smoothly weaved the training together. To say that I learned a lot would be an understatement. "The saying goes that 'imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.' Well, I found some of the exercises so useful that I utilised them in trainings I have given for companies like Nokia. "Jonathan and I have become very good friends and I have rarely met someone with such a high level of integrity. I whole heartedly endorse Jonathan as a trainer of repute, someone who truly cares about imparting his knowledge, and would strongly suggest that you experience him as a trainer yourself. "Just to finish, a useful training doesn't finish just at the end of the course. A training that is generative leaves students evolving over a lifetime from some of the seeds planted. I have personally found this to be the case with the training I attended with Jonathan." Rashid Kotwal, BEng, TNLPTA, DHyp, DCoun. |
"You really do feel like the training is tailored to you specifically!" |
|
[...] "Jonathan has a great teaching style that constantly flexes to meet the needs of the attendees in real time. The training incorporates a mix of traditional step-by-step learning, great metaphors & lots & lots of exercises to really make things stick in the real world. You really do feel like the training is tailored to you specifically, regardless of where the group focus is at any one time. Even when someone else is struggling with something, your brain is ticking over with a new insight or way of thinking (Did Jonathan structure it that way?). [...] "Having met Jonathan for dinner and a beer a few times when he was in Australia but never having trained with him, I was taken with the fluidity of his communication. He has this way of entering a space, becoming one with every part of it and then dragging it kicking and screaming to where it needs to be. Most times that's a fun journey, sometimes it's a serious journey but it's always a learning experience. When you hang out with Jonathan be prepared to check your reality filters at the door, meet a lot of people and to spend a good deal of time in trance laughing your ass off!" Jacob Dudzinski, Sydney Australia |
"Highly recommended." |
|
"Jon is great fun on and off the course. In a very short time you will have new skills in all facets of your life and use them every day. Highly recommended." Bart F., Programmer, Sydney Australia |
"It all fits together and makes sense." |
|
"Jonathan is a superb teacher. It's amazing how well the skills he teaches integrate together. Sometime you may wonder why he's teaching a certain skill, but in the end it all fits together and makes sense." Ivan Stojic, Sydney Australia |
"... Jonathan has enhanced my coaching tool box." |
|
"Completing Knowledge Engineering with Jonathan has enhanced my coaching tool box. KE together with my NLP Practioner skills makes an interesting mix and provides greater flexibility in listening to what people are saying and finding ways to either work around their beliefs or providing other belief alternatives. I've having great fun really hearing what people are saying around me." Maree Burgess, Success Coach, Melbourne Australia |
