Optimal States of Mind
People aren't machines! Though we'd like to be able to say we're consistently productive employees, the reality is both a lot more interesting and a lot more unpredictable! We know that people change states all throughout the day, frequently. Sometimes we're more awake and alert, sometimes a little drowsy. Powerful Rapport Techniques
This is comparable to our 1 day "Mastering Flirtation & Rapport" public workshop, with less emphasis on Flirtation, and more emphasis on generating intense states of both verbal and nonverbal rapport. Rapport is a key element in successful negotiations & communication of any kind! After taking this component, participants will be able to stand next to anyone, and nonverbally generate deep levels of unconscious rapport with that person, in under 2 minutes. What you do with that rapport is up to you!
Team Development
Do you have an existing team that's running out of fuel? Or perhaps a new project team that hasn't yet learned how to communicate amongst themselves optimally? Influence & Persuasion Skills
This is comparable to our 1 day "Sales & Influence" public NLP seminar. In this component, we utilize cutting-edge NLP technology to help us rapidly elicit other people's priorities and strategies, and utilize them in a way to helps us make our point, or close the sale, or obtain agreement. We'll be closing the day with a 2-hour segment on highly persuasive language patterns!
Understanding How Others Think
People exhibit in their behavior massive quantities of information all the time. Most of us don't pay a lot of attention to what these behavior patterns mean, or, we sometimes try to evaluate "big picture" assumptions based on some of those signals. Neither is effective for us, if we want to improve our communication skills! In this component, we explore in-depth some of these behavior patterns, and discuss how to evaluate and use the information we acquire. Some people call this calibration, some call it cold-reading, but regardless of how you define it, this component helps us to understand more about how people think, without needing to always ask them.
